What changed
Ten links became three names.
Search gave people a page of results to scroll. An AI assistant gives them a short answer, and there is no page two to be on.

24 of the 32 answers named the business. Gemini is the weak spot, which is exactly the kind of thing you cannot see without asking.
The Complete Report adds the why: SEO scored 72 here, with one error and thirteen warnings to work through, each with the fix.

Who runs the report
A local business owner who wanted to know first.
I am Jean-Luc, founder of Cambridge Photographers and Cambridge Tours. I have photographed weddings, headshots, events and graduations in Cambridge for over 27 years, so I know what a small business website is up against.
I built Visibility Pilot to answer one question for my own business: when people ask AI for a photographer in Cambridge, do they hear my name? It turned out I could answer it properly. Now I run it for other people.

Before you ask.
Is the free report really free?
Yes. No card, no trial that turns into a subscription. If it shows gaps, I will tell you what the Complete Report covers, and you can say no.
Which AI assistants do you check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Between them they answer most of the questions people type or speak into an assistant.
Do you need access to my website?
No. I only look at what anyone can see, the same way the AI assistants do. No log-ins, no passwords, nothing installed.
Why do the answers change from one day to the next?
AI assistants do not give the same answer every time. That is why the report asks each question of every assistant and shows you all of it, rather than one lucky or unlucky reply.
I am not recommended. Is that bad?
It is common, and usually fixable. The reasons tend to be dull rather than dramatic: the site never says which area you cover, prices sit in a PDF, opening hours are in an image, the Google Business Profile has not been touched in years. The Complete Report finds which ones apply to you.
What do you do with my details?
I use them to send your report and to follow up about it, nothing else. They are not sold or shared. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
